Teenage Driving

I am going both ways about this article, I agree and disagree. A lot of young drivers drive without taking caution on the road, when their friends around. Reason being, because they are constantly being distracted, whether it is because of ongoing conversations, or simply because of the loud radio that takes away the driver's concentration. Most teenage drivers may not be taught well enough about certain choices that can lead to unfortunate problems. But then again, I disagree with this article on a certain level, because  there are plenty of safe teen drivers out there. Even though they may have friends in the car with them, they know how to behave correctly and be alert of their surroundings. On the road, I see drivers here and there texting or calling a friend while driving. It is not correct, but you have to be smart enough to know how to prevent yourself from being near that certain driver. But anyways, not all teens are distracted drivers because of their friends, it is purely because they are not taking full responsibility and enough care if themselves.
