1000 Awesome Things:
Not everything that is considered "awesome," is awesome to me. But the ones that I slightly agree with are: coming back to your own bed after a long trip, eating the thing you're cooking while cooking it, looking through the little window in the oven, finally finding the start of this stupid roll of tape, sneaking cheaper candy into the movie theater, and correctly guessing if the door is push or pull.
The one "awesome" thing that I believe is the more awesome and relates to me from the list is, sneaking cheaper candy into the movie theater. When I went to Michigan this past Christmas, my cousins, sisters, and I went out to the movies to watch Black Swan. Before we got to the movies, we stopped at a supermarket to buy chips, candy, etc. In Michigan, I guess they are strict about bringing other food into the movie theater, that was not purchased at the theater. But anyways, we all made sure that we brought big purses so we can stuff the food into them. Before we stepped into the theater we all quickly stuffed the food into whichever purse had space. Well, you had to have been then to actually understand the funny part of the experience.
Best Poem: Good-bye, and Keep Cold by: Robert Frost
This poem, I found on my own. Frost is probably one of my favorite authors, because most of his poems have to do with nature. I am more interested in nature poems because I can creatively visualize the images. This one in particular had plenty of visuals in it, good descriptions, and the words that Frost used expresses his passion for nature, specifically for the orchard.
